2022 Formosa Chemicals & King Chou Total Nylon Recycle
Sustainability
As our world faces multiple sustainability issues such as depleting ocean and fossil energy resources, marine litter and a huge recycling backlog, King Chou is devoted to improve and apply the most efficient and sustainable solutions.
Consequently, we developed strong capacity for the manufacturing of cage nets for fish farming, instead of solely focusing on the pelagic fishing sector.
But this alone is not enough as only the most resilient high breaking strength fibers promise the necessary resistance and life time facing harsh seawater conditions.
Materials such as UHMWPE can be applied to our customers' breaking edge designs.
Resulting not only in higher breaking strength and predator protection but also in a multiples greater life time than conventional materials.
While Taiwan is starting to push into the UN SDGs, King Chou is already strong at true Nylon Recycling with our trusted partners.
Further we are happy to announce that we reduce our carbon footprint by self-generating solar power in TAIWAN.
